What is here, and what it costs.
Almost no cemetery publishes prices. We do, because it is the first thing families ask and the hardest thing to find out. Prices depend on location, and eye level costs more.
Where they will rest
Indoor or outdoor is the first question. The mausoleum is open year round. Outside, the grounds sit along the pond.
| Option | What it holds | One-time price |
|---|---|---|
| A family grave already here | Cremated remains added to an existing grave, in allowed sections | Opening and closing fee $575, same as a niche |
| Ground plot | One casket, or cremations added later | $1,200 to $2,600 |
| Outdoor niche, the columbarium by the pond | Cremated remains. Many are doubles. | $900 to $1,600 |
| Indoor glass-front niche | Cremated remains. Keepsakes allowed in the niche, yes or no | $5,000 to $10,500 |
| Single crypt | One casket | From about $6,500 |
| Tandem crypt | Two caskets | $9,000 to $11,000 |
| Tandem Westminster | Up to four caskets | $13,000 to $15,000 |
Opening and closing for any niche is $575. Every purchase comes with a deed in your name.

What holds them
You have a choice here, and it is worth knowing before you are asked.
| Choice | What to know | Price |
|---|---|---|
| The container from the crematory | Cremated remains usually come back in a sturdy plastic container. It is fine to place directly in the ground. You do not have to buy an urn. | No extra cost |
| An urn | You can buy one here, through a funeral home, or anywhere else. Compare before you buy. | $95 to $450 |
| A casket | Bought through your funeral home. | Through the funeral home |
A funeral home may offer an urn or a headstone as part of the arrangement. That is convenient, and it is also the moment most families stop comparing. You can buy both here. Ask us what ours cost before you decide. Our urn and headstone prices next to the funeral homes
How they are marked
| Choice | Used for | Price range |

Paying for it
Hold a space
Found the right spot but not ready? We hold it three to six months with no deposit. If someone else asks about it, we call you first.
Pay in full
Spaces are paid in full before any burial or placement. We do not offer payment plans. Many families use a loan from a local credit union.
Prepay the rest
You can prepay opening and closing ahead of time, so your family does not have to write that check later.
